Refunds

If it did not work,
you get your money back.

That is the whole policy. The rest of this page is just us being specific about it.

How to get one

Email hello@hooraykits.com and say which kit it was. You do not need a reason and there is no form. Refunds go back through Stripe, which puts it back on the card you paid with, and it usually lands within five working days.

When we refund you

Whenever you ask within 30 days of paying. It costs £5.99. It is not worth either of us arguing about, and we would rather you thought well of the thing than kept your six pounds.

That includes the obvious cases: the Reveal would not play on the night, the booklet came out wrong, you paid on the wrong kit, you paid twice, or it simply was not what you expected.

The 14 day right, and why this is better

By law you get 14 days to cancel digital content, but that right normally ends the moment you access it, which for Plus is immediately. Checkout asks you to agree to that so the unlock can happen straight away. This policy deliberately goes further: 30 days, whether or not you have used it.

What we cannot refund

Nothing, within 30 days. Past 30 days, email us anyway and tell us what happened.
